Economical, good for 1-2 nights stay only.

Nice clean room and very cheap.

Just the room, no facility. Breakfast is the same menu every day and not nice.

Good value for the money charged

Breakfast was basic but suffice, eggs , Thai soup plus bread and condiments plus coffee. All that is really needed and more than I would have expected for the price of the room

Room was a bit small and the Tv only had Thai channels. There wasnt much around if you didnt have a car

Value for money, but not much English

Easily accessible. And despite the limited English, they were very helpful.

Very limited English from the reception staff, I tried to ask if we could do takeaway breakfast half an hour before breakfast opening hours, but after 15 minutes of trying we gave up.

The location is not the greatest but I have learned to just take extra cash for taxis.

I have stayed here since 2019. I love the beds. They are much more comfortable than many hotels in Mae Sot. The staff are always very helpful in calling taxis for me, etc.

This was the first time that I felt like the cleanliness was not quite as good as usual.

Great place to stay in Mae Sot

I like how nice and clean this hotel is. It is not far from the airport and bus terminal. The 7Eleven is just the opposite of it. The staff are very charming and always keen to help. I saw several parking spots.

I am absolutely bored of repetitive breakfast options after living for five days. The rooms are a bit tight. I did not see a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

The room was clean.

The room was clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in in nearly two months of travel. The staff did not speak much English, but we communicated okay. The housekeeping staff were very good. They were also friendly and kind. The view from my room was quite nice. The breakfast was the same every day. There was not much of a variety to choose from. Good parking.

1.Staffs at the front take a bit long time for a check-in (It was around 25 mins) because there was a trouble of previous guests, so I need to wait more than usually. 2. It was a bit fussy of registration (I need to show an ID card of every guests in order to check in)

Good place to stay at a decent price, not too far from airport

Basic comfortable clean room with nice view. Good hot water, AC and fridge. 7/11 across the road, restaurant nearby and basic food and toiletries available for purchase at reception. Decent breakfast included.

Ok if you stay for one night for transfer

3 km to the airport 2,5 km to the bus station 4,5 km to the border crossing to Myanmar We are quite unsure the staff will call you a taxi but if they do it is around 150 thb fixed price (as far as we know).

The staff seemed to be uninterested in what they are doing. They seemed to be reliefed when we left the front desk because we couldn't ask any more questions The bathroom is in need for a renovation expecially the silicon grout. All worn out a little.

Fancy blue I like the color of hotel, breakfast is okay and...

Fancy blue I like the color of hotel, breakfast is okay and up to 10:00 am is amazing. Staff are helpful, we arrived at the hotel late in the early morning cycling from Sukhothai till the hotel but staff are alert and very welcoming.

Simple rooms that have what you need - especially for that price. Clean rooms. Close to the highway (but you won’t hear the cars passing) so a good starting point for the Myanmar border

The breakfast left much to be desired (bread, egg and sausage was all they had)

Not a Good Experience

Will not stay again. There are much better alternatives at similar price range.

Terrible staff during check-in. Uninformed. “Don’t care” attitude. On mobile phone. Breakfast is hardly edible. Eggs cold. Food area not clean. Kitchen staff on their phones. Hallways smell very bad. Not sure why.

Excellent value. A good choice for Mae Sot.

Very convenient location with small, clean rooms. It's all you need for one or two nights in Mae Sot. The bedding is comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. Small but adequate breakfast is included. Staff is friendly. This hotel is a good value and I will stay again when visiting Mae Sot.

Budgethotel for a very short stay.

Very cheap hotel, very spacious breakfast area under a roof outside. Clean and modern appearance.

The room was too small, there is a tiny and dusty terrace because of the airco-ventilator. No western breakfast except for coffee or chocolate from a machine, toast and only jam and cold eggs and chicken sausages. Staff speaks virtually no english. Hotel is at the Asian highway so easy to find, clean building only at the outside, part of a large group of similar Hop Inn hotels. A map is procured by the receptionist but it is not useful because the scale is not right and it is mainly in Thai.
